Last year, I decided I would choose one word to serve as a reminder to me about the kind of year I wanted to have.
I chose the word TRUE.
It reminded me that I wanted to be TRUE to what I believe in as it related to people, feelings, practices, actions, etc.
It also served as a reminder to me as to
WHO I really serve and how I wanted to serve Him.
It really helped me when I was faced with hard decisions.
I would say
HOW DO I TRULY FEEL ABOUT THAT?
IS THAT SOMETHING I TRULY BELIEVE IN?
AM I BEING TRUE TO WHAT I BELIEVE?
Owning that word really guided me more than I thought it would.
This year I am choosing a new word.
